Our prices include a generous supply of check paper. We ship your paper as soon as we receive your order. We do not wait for your check to clear. You need the paper to use the software to pay bills or deposit bank drafts. You can't really try out the software without it. We do not want the paper back. We will refund the actual price you paid for Your Check Printing Software (not including any shipping charges) less $10 that we keep to cover our actual costs for paper and handling.
Do not be in a hurry to request your password! Use the PRO features for a while to see if you really need or want them. Take your time. Anytime before we issue your password, for up to 30 days from the date of your order, you can request a refund and we'll give it – no questions asked. Once you request your password, and we send it, or when 30 days have elapsed since the date of your order, which ever comes first, your refund privileges are over!
If you paid by check, your refund will be mailed to you 30 days after the date we deposited your check into our bank account. We have found that during that time, we are able to resolve most concerns and most people actually cancel their refund request. We do not try to talk you out of getting a refund, we simply try to show you, unless you are not at all interested, how to use Your Check Printing Software and get more out of it than you ever expected.
